Volunteers deliver meals to homebound recipients who may be unable to prepare meals due to age, disability, or illness. As a volunteer, you may be the only face that our homebound neighbors see that day. This service goes beyond just delivering meals and is important in offering friendly interaction that many of our recipients look forward to. Meals are picked up from one of 15 site locations around the Metro Tulsa area and are usually delivered between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM. It typically takes about an hour to run a route. Volunteers can choose to deliver as many times a week as they would like, many volunteers deliver just twice a month.
