Public Service Internship

Undergraduate students, with a classification of Junior or Senior, participating in the Public Service Internship program have the opportunity to complete up to 160 hours of service with non-profit, service-oriented agencies while earning up to three hours of academic credit. Interns can expand their educational experience, enhance their career options, increase their understanding of public and community service, and make worthwhile contributions to the people and organizations they serve.

Examples of previous internship sites include: The Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, Youth Services Tulsa, Tulsa Sports Commission, Tulsa Air and Space Museum, The City of Tulsa, Community Service Council, Gilcrease Museum, Tulsa Economic Development Council, Tulsa Global Alliance, Tulsa HUB, The Little Lighthouse and The True Blue Neighbors Youth Mentoring Program.
